Meditation is one of my absolute favourite things to do. It has changed my life. And I’m sure you’ll agree that many people have said the same.
Meditation isn’t new. It has existed for centuries and has been practised for thousands of years. As mindfulness and gratitude have become part of our modern culture, so too has meditation has become more of a focus than ever.
In society, acting, filmmaking and every other part of life, we as humans are busier than ever before. Meditation allows us to slow down, take a moment, and be centred. To allow ourselves a moment to find calm and tranquillity, to separate our mind from the busyness of everyday life, and to focus only on our breath, or the mantra of the moment.
